Sakada is one of unique cafes farm / restaurants we visited. Nestled on the mountain top of Barangay Abante in Pamplona, Negros Oriental Province. It makes me wonder how business ventures like restaurants have evolve its strategic positioning over time. We usually learn from school to position our business where the market is. Make it visible so people can notice, make it accessible so people will have no reason not to go. This might be true but not exactly relevant these days. Well, today is more advance than 10 years ago. Social media is the new marketplace. You search and go. You don't always position where the market is, you bring the market to you. And that's something I admire about this place.
