We've been to many unique places in Negros Oriental, and we haven't gone back more than twice, but not this place. This was our 4th time visiting Sakada Farm Farm Restaurant.
Why do we like coming back here?
1. Cozy restaurant in the mountain. Apart from having the best view, it has a unique set-up where you can really feel relaxed. There are 4 reclining seats facing the back portion of the surrounding - as far as your eyes can see. I love this idea where you can just dozed off, meditate, pray or just focus on yourself & be in the moment.
2. Coffee is on par with starbucks. I'm not kidding when I say this but their price is really catching up with those big brands. Hahaha!!! I can't confirm exactly but I think their cappucino costs around P150. I'm not saying it's not good, it tasted pricey, but it's probably because of logistics or something. You're paying for the good view bro... come on. 😄
3. Food is good. It lived up to your expectations. The last time we went there, we didn't ordered much, because it's in-between lunch and dinner when we got there. We had pad thai, carbonara, some choros, and a few drinks. We are all satisfied. Maybe when we come back we'll order a different food on their menu, but pad thai will always be in our list. It's just so good.
4. Easy drive going there. It's not too hard to visit this place. You will not pass those so uphill road like going to cafe alicia. There are still some portion of stip climb but it's manageable, as for me. We were coming from Tanjay city, so getting there in 25 minutes is just a breeze.
5. Quite, and Nature all over. From every direction here, you'll see vast greeneries, the mountain and the natural formations of the earth. This sure brings you joy, peace, serenity, and calm for your soul. Life is good, isn't it?
